Refund Policy

 

Please choose carefully, we do not refund if you change your mind or if you made a mistake when purchasing from us. 
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact page. All return or exchange requests must meet the following criteria:
•    The request must be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
•    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition in the original packaging. 
•    Special order items are exempt from being returned.
•    Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to determine eligibility for a refund or exchange and notify you that we have received the item.
•    If the return or exchange is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

For exchanges, outbound shipping of the replacement item is free of charge.
If the return or exchange is not approved, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
